Export & Trade Process
From Enquiry toExport Documentation
Buyer Enquiry & Specifications
Your product specification, quantity, destination and timeline form the basis of the transaction structure.
Supplier & Product Assessment
Candidate suppliers and products are assessed against your requirements before commercial discussion.
Quotation & Commercial Negotiation
Pricing, quantities, payment terms and delivery conditions are negotiated and documented.
Sample Approval
Where applicable, pre-production or reference samples are approved before order confirmation.
Purchase Order & Payment Terms
A formal purchase order with agreed payment structure appropriate to the transaction.
Compliance & Documentation
Product-specific compliance, licences, certificates and destination-market requirements are addressed.
Packaging & Logistics Planning
Packaging standards, labelling, freight mode and routing are planned for the shipment.
Shipping & Export Documentation
Where applicable, shipping arrangements and export documents are coordinated through to dispatch.
Transaction Structures
Depending on the project, BHUWADA GLOBAL EXIM may act as your sourcing services partner, as the trading seller of record, or as a facilitator connecting buyer and supplier. The commercial responsibilities, documentation responsibilities and liabilities of each party are defined and agreed in writing for each project before execution.
Regulatory Reality
Not every product can be exported to every market without restriction. Product eligibility, destination-country requirements, applicable licences, duties, taxes and documentation are checked for each specific transaction during the assessment stage — before you commit.
